We’re looking for a

Finance Product Analyst, Finance Systems

 

Based in the US reporting to the Product Manager, Finance Systems, the Finance Product Analyst will assist in the delivery of the key system products that support the overall finance systems ensuring they are fit for purpose and acting as an ambassador for the finance systems team.

 

What you will do

 

  • Business liaison for all product related queries
  • System user maintenance & system integration support
  • User license management
  • Incident Management (access and applications/ integration)
  • Maintain product queries and resolution log
  • Maintain key reference data within finance systems
  • Engage with product users throughout the business and participate in user groups
  • Assimilate requirements and needs from the users to support fixes and enhancements to specific applications
  • Support the implementation of new solutions
  • Support of build and technical system changes
  • Support data migration and change requests
  • Maintain system user guide documentation
  • Responsible for user onboarding / offboarding of finance systems
  • Liaise with system vendors to resolve functional queries and system performance issues
  • Data management
  • Training  & testing of the product


What you require for the role


  • Ideally experience of working within the insurance industry
  • Knowledge of core accounting concepts
  • Experience with finance systems, such as SUN, SAP Concur, B4B, and P2P
  • Willingness to learn the Hamilton finance systems and business processes
  • Knowledge of key Microsoft applications
  • Able to troubleshoot and solve issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident in working across various business teams and at all levels of the organization
  • Confident in working with 3rd party vendors
  • Strong team player
